I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that has had kind words to say after my surgery! I am home and on the road to recovery. This was my 9th surgery and the 3rd attempt to repair the pesky fistula that I’ve had for the past 3 years. The third time’s the charm, right!? My surgeon said that everything looked great and that she is hopeful. I have my first post op in a few weeks so we should know how my healing is progressing then. Please keep me in your thoughts and hope & pray with me that I can finally heal! ❤️‍🩹

Hello everyone! Hope you’re all staying cool in this hot, hot weather 🥵

I’m posting today with some not-so-great news. I (Rae) had a check up today and found out I will have to have surgery in early August. Unfortunately, surgery has become a routine thing for me. I am currently dealing with a chronic illness. I don’t say this for pity, just in hopes that you all will understand 🫶🏻

After surgery, I will be virtually on bed rest. As much as I wish I could, I can’t bake in bed 💔 We are so disappointed that we will have to wait to release the first menu and are so sorry for another delay.

Please keep eye out. We will post our first menu as soon as physically possible. We sincerely cannot wait to bake for you and hope that you will stick with us through this tough time ❤️‍🩹

Happy July! 🍰🩵 🥐

We wanted to post a small update. We were originally planning to release our first menu on Monday the 15th. Due to some unforeseen circumstances (supply orders being delayed, etc) we will have to wait until the end of the month to post the first menu and begin taking orders. That being said..

Parker's Pantry's first menu will be released at the end of July! Please be on the lookout for updates! And in the mean time, make sure you reach out with any custom order requests you might have!
