🥚 WHY ARE OUR EGGS MORE ORANGE?

We’ve had a few guests ask about the color of our eggs — and we totally understand why!

At Era Café, we proudly use cage-free organic eggs. These eggs often have a deeper, more orange yolk, and here’s why:

✔️ Hens are raised with better diets (more natural grains, nutrients, and sometimes pasture access)✔️ No shortcuts or mass-production feed✔️ More nutrients like vitamins and omega-3s

That rich orange color?👉 It’s a sign of quality and nutrition — not something artificial
