it is with immense freaking gratitude that i thank waukesha, our amazing regulars, student discount-ers, walk clubs, roasters, merch makers, little brothers, OG staff + new hires alike, and every other face or name who has helped pave the path of this business. we have been so fortunate to find our corner in this city. we are nearly 3 years deep in this business on the back end and we are FINALLY finding our ~normal~, whatever that truly means. we have been faced with so many obstacles from the very beginning + have faced such strange times in the hospitality world alongside some of the best that the sha has to offer. we are honored to be here. starting over and over and over and trying to keep it all together from the customer’s eye. this team manages to hold down the fort every single day and i cannot thank them enough for making our first 2 years downtown possible.
