Is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated part time crew member to join our team . We are looking for someone who can work during the day , 3-4 days a week , we also have some night and weekend availability as well. We are a fast-paced quick-service restaurant. As a crew member you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food preparation and handling standards are met. Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions and providing change as needed.
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude with a willingness to help customers and fellow team members.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is an advantage.
