About the name: There really is nothing behind it, I wanted a worldly bar and the Nomad was taken. About the Space: Has been a bar/restaurant for nearly 70 years. The now dining room was once a fish store before being purchased and remodeling into what you see now. About the Owner Dan Italiano: Went to school in Pewaukee, UW-Waukesha, Graduated from UW- Milwaukee. Has now been in the restaurant business for 23 years, a bartender for 16 years, and former owner of Three (on Milwaukee St in Downtown Milwaukee).
