“Stopped by Jalisco’s Mexican Food in Watsonville and had a great experience overall. I ordered a half dozen oysters with chips and salsa—everything was fresh and hit the spot.

The service really stood out. I asked for cocktail sauce for the oysters, and even though they didn’t have any on hand, our server went above and beyond and made a house-made version for us. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed.

I also loved the vibe inside—the paint, lighting, and bar setup all come together for a really cool atmosphere.

Solid spot with great service. Definitely worth checking out!“
