We're currently looking for:

🍹 Bartender/Server Shifts

We're looking for positive, hardworking people who enjoy creating an exceptional experience for our guests and working together as a team.

❤️ We're looking to add new members to our Charros' family who can help us throughout these busy summer months, but we're especially hoping to find team members who are excited to grow with us and continue being part of our family throughout the winter and beyond.

✨ Want to improve your chances?
Applicants who are willing to learn and work multiple positions—such as hosting, food running, bartending, and serving—will not only improve their chances of joining our team but may also have the opportunity to pick up additional hours as our scheduling needs change.

Experience is always appreciated, but a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic mean just as much to us. We believe skills can be taught, but kindness, teamwork, and a desire to serve others come from the heart.

✝️🌵 You're Invited to Our First Bible Fellowship! 🌵✝️

We are excited to announce that Charros' Theater will be hosting our very first Bible Fellowship on Monday, August 17th, 2026, at 6:00 PM!

Whether you've been reading the Bible for years, are just beginning your journey, or have never opened one before, everyone is welcome. No prior Bible knowledge is needed—just come with an open heart and a willingness to learn.

For our first fellowship, we'd love to explore four foundational topics:

📖 Finding Your Way Around the Bible
The Bible is made up of many different books, and at first it can seem overwhelming. We'll walk through how it's organized and show that once you understand its structure, it becomes much less intimidating and much easier to navigate.

❤️ The Depth of God's Love
Together we'll read verses that reveal just how great God's love is for each of us and how His love has been present from the very beginning.

🤝 Building a Christ-Centered Community
God didn't intend for us to walk through life alone. We'll explore what the Bible teaches about fellowship, encouraging one another, and building a loving community rooted in Christ.

✨ Walking in God's Grace
We'll explore what Scripture teaches about repentance, how God lovingly calls us to turn away from sin and walk with Him, and how we can learn to trust His wisdom over our own. None of us are perfect, and we're all growing together as we follow Christ.

Throughout each topic, we'll open God's Word together and discover what the Bible says, allowing Scripture to guide our hearts as we learn to lean on His understanding instead of our own.

Our goal isn't to have all the answers—it's to seek the truth together. Whether you're full of questions, looking to strengthen your faith, or simply curious about what the Bible teaches, we'd love for you to join us.

🌵 Meet Another Member of the Charros' Family! 🌵

Today we'd love to introduce one of the first smiling faces you'll see when you walk through our doors—Stella! ❤️

We truly are so thankful to have Stella as part of the Charros' family. She does an incredible job of creating a warm first impression and helping set the tone for every guest's experience here at Charros'. From the moment you walk in, she's ready with a smile and a welcoming attitude that helps make everyone feel right at home.

One of the things we appreciate most about Stella is the positivity she brings to our team. Whether she's chatting with guests, making a teammate laugh, or simply brightening someone's day, she has a way of lifting the spirits of everyone around her. We believe that kind of positivity is contagious, and we're lucky to have it as part of our restaurant every day.

We're also lucky to have gotten to know her family! They've been kind enough to stop by and even help us brainstorm and taste-test some of our recipes (yes... they've even shared their thoughts on our sangria 🍷). Their feedback has helped us continue improving, and we truly appreciate their support.
