This is one of my favorite childhood comfort foods, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you. ❤️

Our crispy, flaky hand-grab pancake ( Crispy Scallion Pancake ) is filled with a juicy cheese sausage, a freshly cooked egg, crisp lettuce, and our homemade secret sauce. Every bite is crispy, cheesy, savory, and absolutely delicious!

I only made 50 fresh pancakes for this Sunday’s special, so once they’re gone, they’re gone! Come early and don’t miss out! 😋🔥

I honestly don't even know how to put today into words.

I never imagined that my amazing coworkers and my wonderful customers would surprise me with a birthday celebration. ❤️

The cards... the cake... and then more people kept showing up one after another to wish me a happy birthday. I cried three separate times today because I was so overwhelmed by your kindness.

Thank you for making me feel so loved. Every card, every hug, every kind word, and every birthday wish means more to me than I could ever express.
