The crew at La Tasse Cafe has been considering how to provide the best service for our customers with our current staffing levels.
As a result, we’ll be bringing back our ceramic dishes for in-house beverages and dining, while trimming back on our food offerings. Our pastries will continue to be baked fresh daily in-house, and we will continue to offer a variety of soups and quiches.
There will be a period of adjustment as we all become accustomed to our new menu, but we are hoping to establish a more relaxed atmosphere in the cafe, and to have the time for more creativity in our offerings.
