Can I tell you all something? Something where I explain why thank you doesn't feel like enough when we talk about this business. Here's the thing, we were in the mall for over a year and a half, during that time it felt like no matter how hard we tried, we couldn't break away from the mall stigma. But, that mall gave us something that I will never be able to fully explain. It gave me people that believed in me, motivated me and treated us like family. I will forever root for my mall family, because despite the stigma, there are some truly amazing people in that mall that are doing the best that they can with what they are given.
Anyway, that brings me to my next point. We were nearly ready to give up before moving out of the mall. We felt like we barely existed at times. Now, we feel seen. We have gained alot of new regulars. Most of the time I am stuck in the kitchen making your food, but we appreciate all of you so much more than you might realize. You all saved a dream. Being front page in a newspaper is cool, but feeling your guys love, nearly brings a tear to a fat guys eyes. You all are incredible. Have a blessed night.
