I always enjoy working with her. After almost 4 years together, it feels like working with a friend. We make drinks, talk, laugh, and get through the busy days together.

This was our first time making a video together, and we had so much fun 😂 Talking at work is easy. Talking with a camera in front of us? Suddenly we don’t know how to act 🤣

Welcome to Episode 2 of “Behind the Counter,” and our FIRST VIDEO interview!

Last time, I shared our story here at Juju66. This time, I talk with Autumn, the owner of 315 Artisan Market at Salmon Run Mall. ❤️

After our conversation, what stayed with me most was how much she cares about people. Through her shop, she’s also giving other local makers a place to share their work and grow their businesses.

Have you ever thought about starting your own business? 😊

Maybe you make something at home. Maybe you have a skill you’d love to share. Or maybe you’ve had a business idea for years, but keep saying “one day.” I hope hearing Autumn’s story gives you a little encouragement to take a first step.

Doing these interviews is something new for me too. I was nervous, and my English didn’t always come out how I wanted 😂 But I’m glad I took that first step.

🥚 We’re bringing EGG WAFFLES to Panda Loo!

You probably know waffles—but have you ever tried a Hong Kong-style bubble waffle? 👀

Instead of the usual squares, it has little golden bubbles you can pull apart and snack on. Think crisp edges and a soft, fluffy inside.

And here’s the part I’m REALLY excited about… ours will have fillings tucked INSIDE! 🤤

Chocolate, creamy fillings, melty mozzarella… 🧀

I wanted something you could enjoy without juggling a mountain of toppings—just pick it up, take a bite, and find the goodness inside. ❤️

There. One secret is officially out. 😂
Our other snack? I’m keeping that one a little longer… 🥔🤫

Hey Juju66 friends! Mango season has come to an end, so our mango smoothies are off the menu for now. We expect to bring them back around April 2027. 💛

After 8 years of Juju66, apparently they decided one business wasn’t enough.

Our new little sister is moving in right next door. ❤️

I’m usually the one behind the counter making drinks and talking to customers.

My husband? He’s usually the one behind the scenes fixing things, building things, buying supplies and somehow getting pulled into all of my crazy ideas.😂

And apparently, one business wasn’t enough for us…

So now we’re opening a little sister shop right next door — Panda Loo Kitchen. 🐼

After 8 years of smoothies and bubble tea, we want to offer something new to the public.

We could tell you what we’re making…
But where’s the fun in that? 😂🐼
