The city, and the world around it have certainly changed in the last 100 years but amazingly the Crystal has held on to its origins. The restaurant was taken over in 1944 by Nicolas and Otto Dephtereos and is still run today by the same family. Their love and devotion to the Crystal, and the people of Watertown sho
