Today, leave a little room in your day to remember.

September 11 reminds us how precious an ordinary day can be: a goodbye at the door, a phone call from someone we love, another evening together around the table.

As we mark 25 years, we remember everyone whose life was taken, every family left with an empty chair, and every person who answered tragedy with courage and compassion.

From our Papa Murphy’s teams in Watertown and Aberdeen, our hearts are with those who continue to grieve. We are thankful for the first responders, military members, and everyday neighbors whose service and kindness strengthen our communities.

Today lets take a quiet moment with your family. Say a prayer. Share why this day matters. Check for a local remembrance ceremony, if your fire department or community is hosting one, consider attending together. Showing up is one way we can help keep remembrance alive.

Our love for this country grows through caring for the people who call it home. Let’s honor those we lost by looking out for one another, reaching across our differences, and giving the next generation reasons to hope.

May God bless our families, our communities, and the United States of America. We will never forget.
