Our North Roads Atlantic Salmon is Craft Raised from the Faroe Islands, Norway, & Scotland. Harvesting depends on the seasons and weather. Know for its rich marbling, buttery flavor, smooth texture and tender flake.

The Salmon is harvested several times a week and in flown to Fortune Fish and Gourmet out of Chicago and Madison and delivered to us the next morning. This process ensures the freshest and high quality fish possible. Chefs’ butchering experience takes care of the rest by breaking down the whole fish in house!
