Recently, Katie and Nicole were working when a medical emergency happened inside Labbie’s. Thankfully, everything turned out okay, but the experience got our crew thinking about how we could be even better prepared.
In the hours that followed, Katie brought an anti-choking device to our attention and immediately offered to personally make sure Labbie’s had one on hand. That simple act spoke volumes about the kind of person she is, and truly the kind of people we’re incredibly fortunate to have on our team.
Labbie’s now has an anti-choking device that can be used for both adults and children should an emergency ever happen.
We hope it sits right where it is and we never, ever have to use it. But thanks to these two gals who cared enough to say, “We should have this,” we’re a little more prepared if we ever do💙
