🚧🍻 GROWING PAINS AT THE PAGE! 🍻🚧
SATURDAY NIGHT - WE’RE BACK AT IT, BABY! 🎉
They say the best-laid plans of mice and men often go sideways… well, apparently nobody told our staffing schedule! 😂 🐭
We hit a few staffing challenges that delayed us a bit, but you know what? You can’t keep a good hometown tavern down! 🦾
🍺 TONIGHT’S STARTING LINEUP:
👊 Mickie & Jody - Tag-teaming the bar and back of house! We’re multitasking like professionals… or at least making it look convincing! 😂
🎧 GINO - Your DJ entertainment for the evening, keeping the music flowing and the good times rolling! After all, he is the Theresa’s hometown, musical savant. 🎵
🍗 KITCHEN UPDATE: We’re running a limited appetizer-only menu while we get our inventory restocked with our distributors & purveyors on Tuesday. The kitchen will be open a little later tonight, so come hungry, but bear with us on the selection!
🕺 HOURS: We’re open until we aren’t! No promises, no crystal ball - just good company, cold drinks, and a Saturday night at The Page!
❤️ A LITTLE HEART-TO-HEART FROM THE OWNER:
Last night was a solid night at the bar, and I can’t thank everyone enough for showing up and supporting us.
We’re reopening, rebuilding our staffing, working through scheduling kinks, getting new team members up to speed, and finding our rhythm again. There are bound to be a few bumps along the way. 🙏🏼
But we’re getting there, and next week we’re looking forward to having the whole team moving full steam ahead!
The Sports Page isn’t some corporate chain. We’re a family-owned, family-run hometown tavern with generations of history in this community. We’re proud to carry on the tradition of one of the longest-standing, most historic taverns in our neck of the woods.
This is our little slice of heaven in Theresa, NY. It’s where neighbors become friends, friends become family, and sometimes the bartender is also your cook! ❤️ 🍻
Your patience, encouragement, and continued support mean more to me than you probably realize. We’re working hard to make The Page better, one shift, one night, and one cold b**r at a time as we deprecate & honor its history and segue into the next phase for 128 Commercial ST, which will be Bacon’s Tavern. Soon we will be named after my grandparents, Art and Opal (Clyde) Bacon - our family name.
