Sunday the 6th falls on Labor Day weekend, so we're officially moving the date to SEPTEMBER 13TH at 4PM.

Tickets will go back on sale once we've changed the date and info on the website.

Bottle Club August 2nd is all about SOJU!

We're switching it up! Instead of 1.5oz of whiskey or tequila, we're doing a full Korean Drinking Culture class with 4 shots of Korea's favorite liquor PLUS a sample of a soju cocktail! And don't forget the surprise bar snack that is included in your ticket price.

From high ABV soju made from spruce and pine - to easy-to-drink 12% soju flavored with fruit, for $35 you'll get to taste why soju is so danged popular, as well as learn all the etiquette and culture involved when drinking Korean-style!

We're even gonna teach you a few Korean drinking games.

COCKTAIL SPECIALS ARE ON, Y'ALL!

One brand new, and one updated favorite.

The oldie but goldie is our *Ghost Ryed* - a classic whiskey sour made originally with ghost peppers. We've updated it to include our Hungry Reaper Farm habanero-infused rye that's been resting since last season! Still hot - still local!

And the new one is a refreshing blend of cucumber-infused organic gin, basil-top simple, and lemon. It's called *I Think You Are Wrong, Basil, But I Will Not Argue With You. It Is Only The Intellectually Lost Who Ever Argue. (Oscar Wilde)*

LIMITED TICKETS LEFT for our 7/12 Local Bottle Club!

This month, we've gotten into some lovely Japanese spirits - a 12 year Hatozaki whisky from Kaikyo Distillery on the coast of Seto Island. It's aged its full term in American oak then finished a further 6 months in Umeshu barrels.

Umeshu is a plum liqueur with a long history, and we've bought a companion bottle so everyone can taste where the flavors in the whisky are coming from!

4PM this Sunday - only $30 for the tasting work for pairing, and just a few tickets left online (as we only got one bottle of whiskey, seating is particularly limited!)
