Lots ofPepperoni, mushrooms,onions calzone with fresh pizza sauce,fresh shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese,sour cream with a crispy crust.cooked to perfection at 170* topped with butter,oregano and parsley also did a bacon and mushroom calzone with all the topings.All fresh ingredients.

Had to do a blooming onion, it had been a while .I used a huge red sweet onion, she said it tasted real good .
