This week marks two years since we quietly opened our doors over Easter weekend and welcomed our very first guests.
As weâve been reflecting on that beginning, I found myself thinking about where it all truly started, long before Panache ever existed.
Tea was never just something we drank. It was part of daily life. It meant gathering around the table, sharing homemade dishes, and always making room for one more. It was how we connected, how we showed care, and how we created space to simply be together.
