Hello! I’ve been seeing these viral mousse cakes all over my social media, so I made a trip to Chicago to try them myself — and of course, I had to recreate them! ✨ Crafted with silky mousse, a fruity or chocolate-filled compote, cake, and finished with a crisp chocolate shell for that crunchy texture!

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been researching, testing, tweaking, and I finally got them exactly how I like them. And guess what… We have them at the shop! First come, first serve!

Please keep in mind, these are on the pricier side — the ones I tried in Chicago were $15 each 🙈 These pastries are expensive to make and extremely time-consuming… 2 days to make from start to finish. But they are SO worth it and absolutely delicious!

Hello and happy Friday! ❤️ We’re open today until 4. Now that the farmers market season has wrapped up with our macaron van, the shop will be open Saturdays 10–2! 🫶🏼

The shop will be closed all next week as I’m taking a short break before the busy holiday season begins. ✨🎄✨
