“Our customers are our friends, and our friends are family.” This is a motto my family has used for years and is no more evident than on days like today.

Today we lost Bob Husted. One half of a dynamic duo, known as “The Troy People” or just “Bob and Bev.” Traveling from Troy, IL 3 to 4 times a week for years just to dine with our family at Papa Vito’s Waterloo. Almost immediately they became part of our family.

You will not find a more kind, selfless, caring family than the Husted’s and you will see this with the outpouring of support they will receive.

Bev, today we mourn but we also
remember the impact you both have had on this Papa Vito’s family.

We thank you. We love you and we are here for you.

The motto that is behind everything we do is “Our customers are our friends, and our friends are family." Today we lost a member of that family. Bruce Cummins passed away following a long fight with cancer. The Patriarch of our racing team, the man behind the woman who created our Pretty Pizza, father to some of our best employees, and just a good person. The Cummins family is Papa Vito’s Pizza. We love you.
