We will be closed Saturday thru Tuesday for the holiday weekend to allow our staff some free time before the summer rush hits.
Closed: May23rd thru May 26th
Open: Wednesday May 27th 11am

People always ask about our cheese and why it tastes so good. It’s because we shred it in house multiple times per week. Minimum of 240 # per week.
