Domenic’s and Vinnie’s is a community favorite dedicated to serving award-winning pizza made with fresh local ingredients in Waterbury, Southington, and Middlebury Connecticut. All our doughs and sauces are made in-house, while our toppings are carefully selected to complement an authentic Italian-American cuisine experience. We’ve designed our kitchen so you can watch the entire process. We roll the dough, assemble your pizza, and cook it right in front of you! Each pizza is handmade to order. Our great recipes trace back generations to our family's Italian roots. Business founder, Domenic Trocchi, moved to the U.S. in 1925 to pursue the “American Dream.” He opened up a pizza parlor in 1949 and its success surpassed his expectations. The business has been making pizza for more than 70 years and has always been family-owned. We welcome you to dine in our house or your own. Please call ahead to place your takeout order, and we will have your pizza fresh and hot, ready for you to enjoy. We can also deliver orders of 10 or more pizzas with a day’s notice. So come visit our Waterbury, Middlebury, or Southington Locations Today! Share Domenic Troccie’s American Dream. We guarantee you’ll be satisfied.
