I started a healthy lifestyle since I was young and overweight, and wanted to take hold of my health. I have lost over 75 pounds, and it's been over 10 years maintaining it off. My husband lost over 50 pounds and gained 20 pounds of lean weight. We are parents of two amazing children, and now work t
