Wood-Fired New School Craft BBQ HindSight BBQ may only be a year old but cooking in the Schmidt family has been a lifelong endeavor.

We have spent years trying to perfect the BBQ craft. And we promise to continue to strive for that perfection. Starting a restaurant during a global pandemic isn't exactly what we had in mind. However with the help of our families and friends we were able to turn it into our best year yet!

While construction is happening out front, our parking lot is temporarily closed — but street parking is available.

➡️ Please enter through the front street-side door only�➡️ Approach from the north (Thomaston side) — the road is closed from the south

Dine in, grab takeout, or pick up holiday gift cards — all through that entrance.

It’s a little tricky to get here, but if you make the trip, we promise it’s worth it. Come get your BBQ fix. 🔥
