-With some modifications instead of coconut oil I used avocado oil

-Instead of oat flour I used goya non gmo rice flour

Vanilla blueberry cupcake with blueberry frosting

Gluten free, tomatoes free, dairy & egg free meatballs and penne !!
Recipe includes
2 pounds Ground turkey
1/2 cup Gluten free flour
1/4th tbs Garlic salt
Pinch of Black pepper
Sauce :
One jar Roasted red peppers (Jar)
1 can Beets (jar or can)
1\2 onion Minced onions
2 Minced garlic cloves
1/2 tbs Garlic salt
1/4th tbs Italian seasoning
A dash of Balsamic vinaigrette
Noodles
1 box Gluten free penne
1/4th cup Canolia oil
Pinch of Salt
3 cups Boiling water
Cook beets diced onions and red peppers to a boil or untill soft. Lastly add minced garlic. When brought to a boil for 5 mins add to a processor and blend untill it is resembling pasta sauce. Really sauce to original pan add italian seasoning for flavor and garlic salt.
Mix ground turkey, Gluten free. Flour and garlic salt together and form. Medium size balls. Heat pan add 1 cup of water to pan and cook meatballs in a water bath.untill all meatballs are grey in color.
Bring 3 cups of water to boil add salt and canolia oil one water is bubbling add penne untill they have rose to the top of the pot. Drain noodles.
Once sauce, meatballs and noodles are finish combine all three together and enjoy ❤😋
