Jimmz Pizza will reopen at 4:00 today ( 5/22). Our well has been fixed and tested and we are ready to serve all of Waterbury great pizza, beer and other fun stuff!!!

20 years ago the current location of Jimmz Pizza opened its doors. Our first dollars that came through the door have hung proudly on the wall for two decades.

The first location burnt down in January 2005.

James, the owner, had a dream of opening a pizza shop in Vermont. At the time he had no idea his future wife and two boys would work at the shop as well.

The Roy family would like to thank our current employees and our many wonderful former employees for helping to keep this little shop going. Without our amazing employees the last 20 years wouldn’t have been such a success.

We would also like to thank the communities of Waterbury Center, Waterbury and Stowe for always supporting this small family owned business. Through COVID times and funky weather the community surrounding Jimmz has always supported the shop. Many customers have become friends.

We wish everyone a Happy 2026 and hope it’s the best year yet for our friends and customers.
