🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ THE FIRST-EVER TAMARAC RIVER RUN 5K! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Come join us for the inaugural Tamarac River Run 5K — 3.1 miles!
🎉 Whether you're running, walking, bringing the family, or getting a group together, we'd love to have you be part of the very first Tamarac River Run!
🎉 Part of Waskish Days! 🎉
All proceeds from the Tamarac River Run 5K will go to the Upper Red Lake Area Association to help support our local community!
🏃‍♀️ Runners & walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome!
📅 Saturday, September 5th
⏰ Start Time: 8:00 AM
📍 Homestead Park in Waskish (By the Boat Ramp)
💰 $25 per person — includes a T-shirt!
📝 HOW TO REGISTER
To register, simply text 218-556-9214 with:
• Name
• Age
• Gender
• T-shirt size
Groups & families: You can text everyone's information together in one message!
👕 T-SHIRTS:
T-shirts are available in youth and unisex sizes.
Register by August 26th to guarantee your T-shirt! T-shirts can be picked up the morning of the race.
⏰ RACE DAY REMINDER:
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early (by 7:30 AM) to allow enough time to check in, register, and pay before the race begins.
💵 PAYMENT:
Payment can be made the day of the race. (Cash or Check)
🏅 AGE GROUP AWARDS
There will be 1st-place male and female in each age group:
🥇 0–10
🥇 11–17
🥇 18–39
🥇 40+
🗺️ RACE ROUTE:
The 5K route will be posted closer to the date of the run, so stay tuned!
