Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us exactly why we love what we do. 🤍

Congratulations to Lauren & Lance! What an absolutely beautiful celebration—from the ceremony on the lake to every thoughtful fall detail inside. A huge thank you to Wendy King & Brandon and the entire family for trusting us with such a special day.

And today… that sunshine is still showing off. ☀️

We open at 11 AM! If you need an escape from the fair traffic, come lakeside, grab some lunch or brunch, and enjoy this gorgeous Alaska day with us.

Nature is NATURE-ING today 😂

The fish are jumping, the eagle is fishing, the loon is fishing, the magpies are fishing… apparently everybody is looking for breakfast.

Meanwhile, we’re getting ready for a beautiful wedding and still smiling about what an incredible day yesterday was. Live music on the deck, an amazing event upstairs in our Loft, great food, great people and this property doing what it does best.

We open at 11 AM!

Come out for brunch & lunch, happy hour, Neighborhood Bites, specialty cocktails and all the favorites you already love — plus some elevated, intriguing and really fun new things coming soon.

There’s a lot happening around here, and I’m so lucky to have the team we have.

Even luckier to have this community. ❤️

A huge thank you to Associated Builders & Contractors Alaska for spending the day with us! We’re grateful to host such a great group, and you couldn’t ask for a better Alaska day on the lake.

We’re still hiring and interviewing today!

We’re currently looking for:

Line Cooks • Bartenders • Servers • Support Staff • Expo • Bussers • Front Desk

Interviews will be held outside on our side deck from 2–4 PM.

Please check in at the Front Desk first and fill out an application, then we’ll get you out to the deck for your interview.

We’ve had such a great response and met some really talented people this week. Come by, meet us, and see if Everett’s & Mat-Su Resort might be the right fit for you!

Today’s round of interviews went really well!

I’ve genuinely enjoyed meeting so many people from our community, hearing your stories, learning about your experience, and getting to know the talent we have right here in the Valley.

So… let’s do it all over again tomorrow!

We are continuing interviews and are currently looking for:

We also have a few support staff positions coming available soon. Expo and Front Desk

Whether you have years of experience or you’re looking for the right place to grow, we’d love to meet you.

I’m excited about the people I met today, and even more excited to see who walks through the door tomorrow.

Chicken & Biscuits with homemade country sausage gravy, crispy bacon and breakfast potatoes — all served up with one of the best lake views in Alaska.

Add a mimosa, grab a seat on the deck and stay awhile. Summer days like this are meant to be enjoyed.☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

No Jerry Wessling tonight! ❤️

And we think he has a pretty great reason to take the night off.

Jerry is home soaking up time with his beautiful family and celebrating their newest addition — sweet baby J.J. Congratulations to the Wessling family! What a beautiful new chapter. ❤️

Don’t worry, Jerry fans — we’ll be getting Jerry Wessling back on the calendar for the rest of 2026 and into 2027, so stay tuned for upcoming dates!

And he’s already booked for one of our favorite nights of the year…
