if you haven’t already seen our previous post, tomorrow is our first “cookout” of the year!! burgers, dogs, wings, pasta salad, potato salad, deviled eggs, Ted beans, baked beans, bacon and corn salad, taco salad, and who knows what all else 🤷🏻!!

if you haven’t ever been, this is your chance to remedy that!

we have great news here at Fat Ted’s. it’s cookout Monday coming up!! That’s right! Who’s ready to FEED THAT FACE?!?! there’s even more exciting news… Miss Sarah (you know. . . Beef Tips, Ribs, Wings!!!

sounds like a pretty solid lineup for Monday’s dinner service, to me.

Beef tips over noodles or smashed potatoes, and a salad for $13.

Country style ribs, with two sides for $12

10 JUMBO wings served with one side for $13.

grilled cabbage cottage cheese
grilled brussell sprouts. apple sauce
grilled green beans

grilled vegetables

last week’s dinner service just might have been our busiest one yet. We sure do enjoy seeing so many Fat Ted’s regulars. Makes us think that making food that doesn’t suck might just be a recipe for success.

Happy Mother’s Day from Fat Ted’s!

Tomorrow’s dinner menu is surely a good one. We are having :

Chicken Marsala over linguine, served with a salad for $15.

Roast beef with carrots, onions, and celery served with mashed potatoes for $12.

Miss Sarah’s meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and another side for $11.50

10 JUMBO wings and a side for $13.

1/2lb. Chopped cheese sandwich and a side $11.

Miss Sarah’s Meatloaf, Italian sausage sandwiches, Jumbo wings, and stuffed cabbage roll casserole. That’s what’s on the menu this Monday at Fat Ted’s Diner.

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and another side for $12

Italian sausage sandwich and a side for $10.50

I0 JUMBO wings with a side for $13. There was a conversation recently on one of the talk pages about who has the best wings in the area. Ours were mentioned. The folks that were recommending other places… well, those people didn’t look familiar to me. Just sayin’.

Stuffed cabbage roll casserole will be served with smashed potatoes for $11.

I know the weather doesn’t say so, but It’s nearly time for our first “cookout”. We’re pretty excited about that, and we hope that you are too.

Fat Ted’s Monday dinner menu:

We had such an amazing response to last week’s ramp dish that we are going to do it again this week. I think we can even improve on it just a slight bit. Same price.. served with a roll for $11.50. If you didn’t get a chance to have any last week, you might want to remedy that this time.

We’re going to have our hash smashburgers again this week. 1/2 pound with a side for $11. If you haven’t tried this burger, you really should.

We’re going to do over stuffed pulled pork sandwiches with our house made bbq sauce. Served with a side for $10.50.

We will have just a few orders of wings. 10 JUMBO wings with a side for $13.

We’re serving dinner from 4PM-7PM. Gonna be a good one!! We hope to see you there.

Maaaannnn, do we have something special for you tomorrow night at Fat Ted’s!! Have you ever heard of ramps? Have you ever had them? They’re sort of a mild garlicky, oniony tasting green. Kind of like morel mushrooms, they’re not around for very long and you don’t just pick them up at the grocery store. Well… we got our hands on some, and we came up with a dish that really lets them shine. The dish starts out a bit like haluski, with grilled cabbage and noodles. Then we add some sweet bell peppers, a little bacon, and those wonderful ramps. Then we make a cream sauce to tie all of those great flavors together. We have no idea what to call it except. DELICIOUS!!

We’re serving them with a roll for $11.50.

We are also having hash smashburgers with a side for $11

Last, but not least, we will be serving our delicious chicken and biscuits with smashed potatoes. We start with our brined breast and thighs. Cook them to fall apart tender, and make a delicious rich gravy. Talk about homemade comfort food!! We’re serving it for $10.50.

As always, we start serving dinner at 4 and we go until 7. It looks like it’s going to be Ohio degrees out there tomorrow. You might as well come and get a face full of homemade goodness!!

What’s for dinner at Fat Ted’s Monday? Italian sausage sandwiches, wings, burger bowls, chopped cheese sandwiches, and pork steaks.

We sold out of our sausage sandwiches quick last time, and folks had plenty of good things to say about them. So. . . We bought even more this week. Served with grilled peppers, onions, red sauce and cheese with a side for only $10

1/2 pound burger bowls served on fries or tots, loaded with fixin’s and our homemade cheese sauce for $11.50

Our chopped cheese has been one a favorite of many. 1/2 pound of seasoned beef, two cheeses, grilled onions and a special sauce served with a side for $11

If you haven’t had wings at Fat Ted’s, you’re missing out. That’s all we’re going to say about it. 10 JUMBO wings served with one side for $13.

Dry rubbed and grilled pork steak served with 2 sides for $12.
