❤️ A LITTLE SOMETHING DIFFERENT TODAY… ❤️

Most of what you see on this page is wings, specials, game days and everything going on at BSB Washington. But today I want to recognize something much more important — the people behind it.

I want to personally thank Josh, Brian and Tyler.

Owning and running a restaurant has taught me a lot, but one of the biggest things I’ve learned is that you can’t do it alone. You can have great food, a great menu and a building full of customers, but none of it means much if you don’t have good people standing beside you.

And I’m fortunate enough to have these three. 💯

There are days when we’re absolutely slammed. Huge orders come in, the phones don’t stop, tickets are everywhere, and everybody is running their ass off. There are long days, stressful days and days when nothing seems to go according to plan.

These guys show up. 💪

They work. They battle through the rushes. They help each other. And when things get crazy, they do what needs to be done to keep BSB Washington moving.

Josh, Brian and Tyler — I want you guys to know that I see it.

I see the hard work.
I see the long hours.
I see the effort when we’re buried.
And I see the pride you guys take in what we do.

Sometimes when you’re running a business, you’re so focused on the next problem, the next order or the next day that you don’t stop often enough to tell the people around you how much they’re appreciated.

So I’m stopping today.

I’m thankful for you guys. I’m proud of you guys. And I’m damn proud to have the three of you representing BSB Washington. 👑

Our customers see the food that comes across the counter. What they don’t always get to see are the people working their asses off behind that counter to make it happen.
