It’s a perfect fall day — crisp air, golden light, and the patio is calling. 🍂☀️ Today we officially launch the Winter Menu at Pig & Fire. 🔥

First up: Pot Roast Fries with Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce. Slow-braised pot roast piled over crispy fries, smothered in a rich, smoky Gouda sauce that stretches with every bite. Comfort food, done the Pig & Fire way. 🥩🍟🧀

Tomorrow we’re launching the lineup you’ve been waiting on: a Caesar that earns its place, Baked Potato Cheddar Soup to open the soup specials, stuffed banana peppers with real heat, delicious Chicken Parmesan, country pot roast braised until it gives up, and Sea Salt Caramel Cheesecake for the table that “wasn’t getting dessert.”

Weekly specials throughout the season. What’s hot this week may be gone next week.

Pittsburgh didn’t invent kielbasa and kraut. We just refused to let it get boring. 🔥

On special at Pig & Fire: smoked kielbasa with a crackly sear, sauerkraut cooked down in the drippings, sharp hot mustard, and a soft Valdiserri’s roll from Belle Vernon — the bakery that’s been turning out hearth bread since 1903. Chips on the side. Napkins not optional.
