Preparations are underway with the smoker warmed up and everything set for Saturday, May 16th. Located on the corner of E South Street and S Meridian, across from Bill Dobson Ford of Washington, our offerings will include smoked pulled pork, ribs, green beans, and baked beans, served hot from 10am to 2pm, unless we sell out. As we are a week away before pre orders are due we are working on getting the trailer ready along with the smoker even if ya wanna swing by and say hey please do I will set up Friday the 15th and be there all night doing what I do keeping that fire hot. As we are growing just wanna throw a reminder we are a serve safe certificate holder and make things fresh every time never frozen and warmed up and it’s all wood fired no electric or gas needed for a real smoker
