1. *Travel Fee*: $100 (depending on distance outside of 40 miles)
2. *Service Fee*: 15% of total bill
3. *Custom Menu Fee*: $200 (depending on complexity not always a fee is needed)
4. *Off-Season Discount*: 10% off total bill (for events held during off-peak seasons)
5. *Long-Term Booking Discount*: 8% off total bill (for events booked more than 3 months in advance)
6. $100 every extra 2 hours weāre needed on location
