Wild game venison chili

Ultra-lean ground venison slow-simmered with caramelized sweet yellow onions, fire-roasted poblanos, and sweet bell peppers. Layered with a complex house blend of warm ancho chili, cumin, a hint of dark cocoa, and rich umami. Finished with a bright, hand-whisked lime-scallion crème.
• 1/2 pint – $7.00
