Hey, DC friends. If you live in NW and like pasta you are in luck! We are delivering almost ready to eat meals, and all the proceeds are supporting their staff! Here's this week's menu and more information.

A big thanks to everyone that ordered from Siroc’s Delivery Menu or purchased a gift certificate. Because of you we were able to cover payroll for all of our employees. Below is the new pasta selection for the week beginning Monday, April 6th.
All proceeds collected will be used to provide our staff and
their families with financial help during our forced shutdown
We provide quick, easy and delicious ready-to-cook pasta dishes delivered to your door. All pasta and sauces will be produced daily and the selection will change regularly. Because our pasta is rolled out fresh and never dried, the cooking time is a fraction of boxed, dried pasta. All pasta will be delivered in single portion size containers and can be stored under refrigeration for 5 days. Please refer to the "Siroc Restaurant" YouTube channel (See URL below), for general cooking tips and instructions for each of the pasta dishes on our delivery menu.
Many of you have reached out asking about the restaurant and our staff following the mandatory shut down. Keram, Mehdi and I are well and are doing all we can to help support the wonderful family of staff through these difficult times. To that end, we have launched a pasta delivery and pick-up service in the DC area with the goal of generating much needed financial help for our employees. We have had a strong response. We wish we could get our pasta out to our geographically distant customers. At the suggestion of several of you, we will gladly accept “virtual tips” made in your name to a general staff fund and are also happy to help you purchase a gift certificate that can be used for a future visit to Siroc. We have been proudly serving our customers for the past eleven years and look forward to opening our doors again.
