This recognition belongs to our team, our purveyors, and most importantly the guests who trust us every night and fill our small counter with laughter, happiness, and a sense of home.
Raw Omakase was created from the idea of Omakase and Home coming together — creating what we call HOMEmakase.
A place that feels less like a restaurant and more like visiting a friend’s home for dinner, where guests gather around our small counter to share an intimate evening together.
Every piece of sushi we serve, every sake pairing we thoughtfully select, and every fish print we offer as a small gift at the end of each meal is our way of leaving our guests with a memory of the evening — a small piece of our story to take home.
We are deeply grateful.
