Fish Shop DC wears its story in its walls. The bar top is made from reclaimed wine bottles — shattered, reheated, and layered into something that looks like the ocean floor. The mother-of-pearl backsplash glows at night, lit by old whiskey bottles turned into light fixtures. And overhead, woven willow and wisteria fish drift through the air like you're already underwater. A space as thoughtfully crafted as everything coming out of the kitchen.
