What a year, friends. Thank you for welcoming us into this incredible city and for making our first year so special.

👑 Ginger Spiced Shahi Tukda - richly spiced ginger cake. Pan fried in ghee, and topped with an orange creme anglaise & crushed pistachios

🍨 Coconut Chutney Sorbet Sundae - a frozen take on our house-made coconut chutney. Coconut sorbet with hints of ginger, curry leaf, & cumin. Topped with a chocolate shell & waiting for YOU!

🥕 Gajar Ka Halwa - a Chai Pani classic! Thick carrot-based pudding with khoya, sugar, cardamom, cashews & raisins. Served with a sweet rabdi.
