We had the pleasure of catering the Annual Gala at The Phillips Collection.
Inspired by the special exhibition Miró and the United States, the menu celebrated Catalan and Spanish cuisine with favorites like pa amb tomàquet, pulpo a la gallega, patatas bravas, and more. Guests began with a white gazpacho amuse, followed by seafood salmorejo, an entrée inspired by the Spanish coasts and countryside, and finished the evening with mini desserts, late night bites, and of course, sangria.
Throughout the museum, four distinct tablescapes drew inspiration from the work of Joan Miró, transforming each space into a unique expression of color, creativity, and celebration. It was an evening filled with art, beauty, and inspiration.
