A first taste of fall 🍂🍁
Each season gives us a new set of flavors and ingredients to explore. For fall, that means warm spices, toasted flavors, brown butter, roasted squash, crisp apples and all the ingredients that make food feel a little cozier this time of year.
But a new menu doesn’t happen all at once. Chef Bradley and our culinary team are constantly creating, testing and refining. Sometimes an idea starts with a seasonal ingredient we want to play with. Sometimes it’s a dish created specifically for one event that gets such a good response, we know we have to make it again. That creativity is a big part of what we love about catering.
The menu is a starting point, not the limit.
Then comes the tasting, the tweaks, the plating, and finally, getting everything in front of Deb Lindsey ’s camera so it looks every bit as good as it tastes.
