Darvish has become so much more than just a restaurant to me.

Watching this place grow, evolve, and become a home for so many incredible memories has been something truly special. From the food and culture to the music, celebrations, late nights, and all the people who have walked through our doors — every part of the journey has meant something.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and grateful for everyone who has been a part of it along the way.
