This is an incredible honor and one that truly humbles our entire team. We’re so grateful to be recognized alongside so many amazing restaurants, and even more grateful to be part of the Shaw community.

We hope this inspires more people to come visit us at Mom’s house, share a meal, and experience the love and care behind everything we do.

Discover the rich flavors, vibrant ingredients, and timeless techniques of Lao cooking through recipes lovingly passed down from her grandmother, to her mother, to Chef Seng and now to you.

This hybrid class combines hands-on cooking with guided demonstrations, giving you an authentic introduction to the heart of Lao cuisine.
