The Bart-Throb ❤️ goes LIVE TODAY at all locations.

Bart was born in Philly grit and raised on mischief. We went to grade school together, then high school, where teachers learned early that if Bart was quiet, something was about to happen. He was a wild child in the purest sense—equal parts trouble, charm, and confidence—always laughing, always pushing the night just a little longer than it was supposed to last.

Adulthood only sharpened his legend. Bart lived like stories were currency, partied like tomorrow was a suggestion, and somehow made every room feel louder the second he walked in. At some point—probably after a long night and a longer smile—he crowned himself Bart-Throb, a name that stuck because, well, everyone loved him and Bart never lacked evidence.

Through all of it, he stayed the same guy from back then: loyal, magnetic, and impossible to forget. Philly made him tough, life made him legendary, and if you ever crossed paths with Bart-Throb, you didn’t just meet him—you remembered!

We’re honoring our friend Bart with a sandwich he created:

*NEW SANDWICH ALERT — The Bart-Throb ❤️*
Bart was born in Philly grit and raised on mischief. We went to grade school together, then high school, where teachers learned early that if Bart was quiet, something was about to happen.
