No alcohol, all craft. is redefining zero proof cocktails.

A great cocktail requires four elements: dilution, alcohol, sour, and sweet. Remove the alcohol and you’re left with room to reimagine the element. Josh Murski, Senior Manager of Beverages at José Andrés Group, walks us through how we seek to bring balance to our non-alcoholic beverages.

This is Emerald Coin, a zero proof recreation of a gimlet. The dilution we create is through iced fruit juice, which brings texture, depth, and complexity to every sip.

We have always believed that good food can bring people together, especially in challenging times. Being in the heart of downtown DC, we’re proud to serve so many Federal employees who stop by our restaurants for lunch and we want to keep that going!

From 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, we want to invite federal employees to dine-in and enjoy a free lunch! All you need to do is show your government ID and choose a sandwich at , a donburi at , a durum or pita at , or a torta at .
