A tribute to Lady Bird Johnson who believed beauty could soften a city and bring people together.

Inspired by gardens in bloom and long spring evenings in Washington, this new aperitivo menu celebrates the season through delicate bites, vibrant colors, and the art of gathering before dinner.

From English peas with basil pesto to Hamachi belly with salmoriglio and Oro Nero with ricotta & caviar, each offering is designed to be shared slowly, with a cocktail in hand and nowhere else to be.

Fiola is honored to be named a 2026 Finalist for Wine Program of the Year for The 44th RAMMYS Awards & Gala ! 🎉

We are especially proud to be the only Wine Spectator Grand Award–winning wine list in Washington, DC, and one of fewer than 100 in the world—a distinction that reflects the depth, precision, and care behind every bottle we pour.

Being among the top five Finalists in this category is something we don’t take lightly. This recognition means so much to us and reflects the passion and tireless work of our incredible team who make what we do possible. We’re also deeply grateful to our guests and neighbors for their continued support.

Last Tuesday, 10 Michelin stars shone over Fiola, as some of Washington’s most celebrated chefs gathered for an unforgettable evening honoring the vibrant mosaic of DC’s culinary community.

Hosted by Chef , the night brought together an extraordinary group of friends and talents:
Antonio Mermolia of Fiola DC,
Ryan Ratino of Bresca & Jônt,
Rob Rubba of Oyster Oyster,
Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney,
Carlos Delgado of Causa,
and Michael Rafidi of Albi.

Seven chefs. Ten Michelin stars. One remarkable table.

Each course told a story—of craft, culture, and a city whose dining scene continues to inspire far beyond its borders. Together, they created a true mosaic: a celebration of the creativity, generosity, and spirit that define Washington, DC.

The evening also carried a deeper purpose, with the community coming together to support (World Central Kitchen) and their mission to provide meals and hope to communities facing crisis around the world.
