Aushak is a crowd favorite that you cannot go wrong with ordering. They are stuffed with leeks and scallions and steamed to perfection, then topped with a minced beef and lentil qorma. Additional toppings include garlic yogurt, dried mint and a sprinkle of cayenne.

Our lamb shank moghuli is our most popular dish, and for good reason! It is slowly cooked until the meat falls right off the bone. The sauce is tomato based with garam masala, roasted eggplant and fresh cilantro. Paired with it is our saffron & cumin infused basmati rice.

You can't go wrong with our classic and trusty chicken kabob! We marinate the chicken with yogurt and our house spices, charbroil it, then sprinkle it with sumac. We serve this skewer with our flavorful chickpea qorma and our saffron infused basmati rice.
