If you’ve dined with us over the past year, you’ve probably already met Nate.

After joining Lutèce as a server, he’s become a familiar presence in our dining room, bringing warmth, curiosity, and genuine hospitality to every service. Now, we’re excited to welcome him as our new General Manager.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Nate has worked in restaurants since he was 15 and shares our love of thoughtful food, great wine, and making people feel at home.

As we continue to grow, we couldn’t be more excited for Nate to help lead this next chapter of Lutèce. Be sure to say hello the next time you’re in. 💙
