Meet Executive Chef Anthony DiGregorio, or Chef Tony. Born and raised in Manchester, New Hampshire, Chef Tony was promoted to DBGB Kitchen & Bar’s Executive Chef following his seven plus years as Chef De Partie and Executive Sous Chef at Cafe Boulud Palm Beach. Since joining the Dinex Group in 2014, Chef Anthony has developed a well-versed understanding of French cuisine and tradition.
