On Wednesday, September 30, we’re welcoming Stefano of Velenosi Vini to Opal for an evening dedicated to the w**es, food, and stories of Abruzzo, Italy.

For this special evening, Chef Colin McClimans and Stefano will take you through a thoughtfully curated:

5-course dinner · 5 w**e pairings

But the evening begins before the first course.

Join us at 6:30 PM for welcome bites and Prosecco, mingle with fellow guests, meet Chef Colin, and hear the stories behind the w**es and dishes before settling in for dinner.
