Savor the season with our signature à la carte brunch menu in Estuary, where modern American cuisine is thoughtfully crafted with locally inspired ingredients. Guests may enjoy a relaxed and personalized dining experience, selecting from a curated menu of elevated brunch classics and seasonal specialties.

Blue Willow | Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet
This indulgent experience features a beautifully presented spread of refined dishes—from chef-driven hot selections and chilled seafood displays to chef curated action stations including pancakes, omelet stations . Designed to delight every palate, the buffet offers a luxurious and festive way to gather and celebrate.

$125 per person/$40 for 12 and Under.

Both experiences are available until 1:30 PM. Reservations are recommended and can be secured via OpenTable.

The New Year’s Day Restoration experience invites guests to reset and recharge in a refined, lounge-style setting designed for comfort and connection. Hosted by the Conrad Hotel and Estuary Restaurant on New Year’s Day from 10:00AM- 2:00 PM in Estuary’s stunning Blue Willow Room, this elevated morning unfolds as a relaxed yet indulgent retreat. Guests enjoy access to the New Year Restoration Lounge for up to two hours with plush seating, or the invigorating mixture crisp winter air and ambient warmth by our outdoor firepit — and a seamless indoor–outdoor flow. The experience includes an unlimited raw bar and full bar access featuring classic brunch favorites alongside thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic signature drinks. Each guest may also select one entrée from Estuary’s brunch menu, featuring a unique perspective on Chesapeake cuisine. Reservations are limited and strongly recommended; walk-ins will be accommodated as capacity allows.
